Ken Folan is a Galway native who has both a passion for animals and for photography.
Having always had pets and animals around the home, Ken has developed a great understanding of animal behaviour. Pettraits became a natural step after combining his skills in photography and digital imaging.
The most important consideration during the photographic session is the welfare of the animal. Force is never used and breaks are taken regularly to avoid any stress. There is no hurry as a relaxed portrait is what we are looking for.
Before the photo session, time is taken to talk with you about your pet and your requirements. Whether you want a natural portrait or something more formal. Photographs can be taken in your own home, on location, or wherever your pet is most comfortable.
Whether your pet is active, shy, self ruling, or unruly, all that is needed is a little patience to capture the perfect image to show their personality.
